Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage refers to a variety of bodywork techniques that penetrate deeply into the muscles and connective tissue to alleviate chronic aches and pains.

Pre/Post Natal

Pregnancy massage is specifically designed for pregnant women (prenatal) and those who have recently given birth (postpartum). This specialized form of massage addresses the unique needs of expectant mothers, alleviating discomfort in areas such as the lower back, feet, and legs.

Sports Massage

Sports massage is a focused and systematic approach that targets the specific muscles used in a particular sport. This type of massage employs various techniques designed to decrease muscle pain, enhance recovery, and improve overall range of motion and flexibility, ultimately supporting safe and effective movement.

Swedish Massage

Swedish massage, often referred to as the classic or Western style of massage, was developed by Per Henrik Ling, a Swedish fencing master and gymnastics instructor. This technique is a scientific system that involves specific manipulations of the muscles and connective tissues in the body, aimed at promoting relaxation, rehabilitation, and health maintenance. The practice of Swedish massage therapy consists of five fundamental strokes and their variations: effleurage, petrissage, friction, tapotement (or percussion), and vibration.

Vacuum Cupping

Negative or reverse pressure is the key difference in cupping therapy, unlike deep tissue massage that applies compression. Cupping therapy effectively lifts, stretches, and separates the connective tissue (fascia), enhances blood flow to the cupping area, supports a healthy immune system, alleviates common muscle aches, and aids in the removal of excess fluids, stagnation, and cellular debris from the tissues.
